COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Moylander Double IPA is fat and resiny, with aggressive and excessive hops swinging on an enormous malt backbone like naughty monkeys on a vine. Double malt, double hops - do the math, it's academic.

Clear dark orange body with short head. Citrus on the nose along with some malt, good bitterness on the taste, easy to drink especially for an IIPA.

Nice crisp ipa color..not necessarily what I would expect to see from a double. More on the bitter side of the hop as opposed to the floral...but still smooth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a medium off-white head that dissipates fairly slowly. Aroma of pine with some citrus and alcohol notes. Taste is high on hops and alcohol, which was not well disguised in my sample. A good, not great, DIPA in my opinion.

On tap 4 oz. sample at Moylan's Brewery and Restaurant. Clear amber with small head and fair lacing. Aroma of citrus and pine with some mild biscuity tinges. Taste is fairly bitter citric and pine hops balanced by sweet fruity and toffee flavors. The citrus is a mix of orange and grapefruit. Full body with above average carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

In the finish hoppyness gets bit sharp/soapy.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a big off-white head. Decent lacing. Aroma of citrus, melon, grass, and nuances of pale malt. The taste is basically high bitterness with some light sweet fruity flavor. Medium bodied and dry. Not a bad beer, but it’s a bit one dimensional.
