tap at Papago and from the bottle-bright orange with a soapy white head. big citric nose and woody/cheese as well. flavors are pretty straight forward pine, woody hops and peanut butter (diacytl?). long resinous finish-pretty simple and straight forward. hwoever, the bottle i drank had alot more diacytl than this tap sample. pretty basic and not bad for a session ipa.

Clear, deep straw color with nice fluffy white head. Nice aroma of light piney hops. Flavor is up front floral and piney hops and just a small balance of malt. Really nice.

My bottle [22oz] shared with HogTownHarry, jerc & mabel. Pours a slightly hazy golden-orange with an average size frothy off-white head. Lovely aroma with lots of hops (citrusy, spicy, piney and more) and some light alcohol. Nice hoppy flavour, resiny and fruity, and backed by sweet malt. Nice bitter finish. Medium bodied. A great beer!

Pours a hazy golden color. Little white heat that lasts around the edge of the glass. Aroma is mild with only hints of hops. Taste kind of reminds me of dirt. Then a lot of grapefruit. I really donít get much else than dirt and grapefruit. I hope this is a bad batch. Not my favorite.

Thx again to SlovakSniper for the opportunity to drink this brew. The first half of the pour was very clear with a solid amber colour and a really big fluffy light tan head that is very slow to dissipate. Tons of sloppy lacing. The last half of the bottle has some fine sediment suspended. Very fragrant, peaches, candy, very light pine, caramel and something else that is making the malt content very good, maybe bread crusts, ruby red grapefruit, warm pineapple, very nice. Very good taste as well, complex malts -caramel and things. Things is a technical term to those in the know. Light spice that fits in perfectly and gives this beer an excellent flavour, peaches, nectarines, pine, nasty awesome bitterness, rrgf, caramel, more spice, mint? The flavour is exceptional as this is very good and only gets better as I go. Smooth, good carbonation and a hard, lengthy bitterness that ruins my mouth if I have too many sips in a short period. Wonderful. Bottom half of the bottle was the better half.

Strong aroma is richly hoppy with a firm grapefruit undertone, what I expect from a good IPA, with just a whisper of honey sweetness. It pours a pretty clear coppery amber with a thick, fluffy, white head that hangs around for just a bit. Flavor is quite hoppy and a little bitter, with an undertone of sour citrus - mainly grapefruit - and a hint of honey sweetness that balances the bitterness nicely. Smooth texture is fairly fizzy and leaves a nice hoppy finish that has bitter, sour and sweet tones.

2011-05-13. Orange amber body with a nice frothy beige head. 3+ Flavour has a good amount of bitterness, the finish is a touch sharp in a way I canít quite describe adequately. Herbal/ herbaceous hop character. 6+ Hoppy aroma is similarly herbal and herbaceous with lightly grassy character. Average plus bodied palate. Decent but the hop profile is not entirely to my tastes. 22oz bottle: Pours a clear deep bronze orange with a stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet toasted malty nose with a good amount of fresh grapefruity hops. Starts with a good light malty sweetness and lots of resiny piny hop flavor and bitter balance before a crisp bittersweet finish. A well-balanced and assertive, yet very drinkable, IPA.

Bomber from Greens Discount in Coumbia SC. Nice hazy gold pour with a thin head that lasts. Super bitter hops from the boil up front with hints of malt. The aroma is weak, probably due to the cold temp. Grassy, piney hops in abundance. Not great, but then again, not bad. Very satisfying on a hot day and very consumable. Iíll take the Hopsickle over this any day.
