Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father’s Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It’s not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

Smells medicinal, looks beautiful. Taste is interesting, mildly sour, I get some oak, mild caramel malt and pine hops. Very thin on the palate. I can’t decide whether I like it or not.

0.65 bottle. Clear, gold color and a large, thick, white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of exotic fruits like mango, some pines, and citruses. Taste embodies sweet, sour, and bitter notes; it is fruity, hoppy, crisp, and grassy. Medium body, a tad oily texture, and average carbonation. Finish is a more hoppy version of the taste itself. Overall nothing special, a tasty and pleasant beer but it does not strike me as particularly refined.

Bouteille. Couleur ambrée assez foncée, mousse beige. Arôme de caramel et sucre d’orge. En bouche, malt caramel, touche d’herbe, finale assez sèche surprenante, une touche de houblon et légère amertume...belle IPA anglaise.

Draught at London Pub, Vancouver; 10oz
Hazy golden color with small creamy head. The aroma is mildly hoppy. It has a nice malt backbone: lean, cereally, lightly biscuity; strong bitterness, with some hop resins.
Well balanced, clean, very good.
