2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear amber, and starts with a pop fizz head, settling to a fine off white head. Aroma of pine and slight citrus hops and malt. A faint antiseptic too. A creamy mouthfeel. Bitter, soapy taste, that carries in the finish. Beuh. SEVEN SIP UPDATE: beuh.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Kinsale, Boston in April 2010. Orangey amber colour. Slight haze. Good pungent hop aroma. Quite herbal and grassy. More citric on the palate. Clean and refreshing. Quite sharp. Excellent APA. Not sure what the Tipperary connection is - certainly nothing very "Irish" about this beer.
