COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father’s Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It’s not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

A nice beer, simple taste. Pours an average orange color. Not much smell. Taste is very creamy, and a nice malt/hop mix. Had on tap at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Moylan’s Tipperary Pale Ale has a medium, off-white head, a clear, bubbly, copper appearance, and some lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet bread, caramel, bread crust, and a bit of a hop zing. Taste is of those elements, with a very mild hop bitterness to close out the sip. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Moylan’s Tipperary Pale Ale finishes mostly dry, refreshing, and easy going. I rate this beer most excellent. RJT

A nose of honey, somewhere between wild flower and buckweat. Quite a malty pale ale, very subtile citrus hops and much more of biscuit body. Stays sticky in the mouth for a long time.

Une pale ale franche, peu aromatique et basée sur un malt biscuit qui reste en bouche plus longtemps que l’amertume.

Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, orange and peach. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a fruity and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Fruity nose, peaches and pears, some pine cones too. A tad sweet on the palate, with a fine fruityness and a balancing bitterness. Dries up towards the end. Full body. Soft carbonation. Sure a nice one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 130806

pours clear golden orange with a nice off-white head, some retention and lacing. spicy, citrusy with soft pine and resiny notes, chewy toasted and slightly biscuity malts, fruity malts too - spicy pineapple, shy caramel - dry. average carbonation, light to medium body, relatively short citrusy-spicy finish. more like an english pale ale with american hops if at all possible (!). quenching. enjoyed it!

22 oz bomber from state line liquor. bottle says "live ale! keep refrigerated." unfortunately the fine folks at state line did not. still a very flavorable pale ale, I just wish I could try it fresh because i am sure it would have warranted a higher rating. as it is, a somewhat musky fully bodied brew with a nice hop forward brew. too bad the hops taste old.
