COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Moylan's American style Wheat ale is one of the most thirst quenching and satisfying brews I have ever encountered. We use over 50% Great Western White Winter Wheat Malt in addition to Great Western two row pale malt and De Wolf-Cosyns Munich malt in creating this extremely drinkable brew. Liberty and Tettnang hops balance the flavor just right.

On tap @ Moylans. Lightly hazed golden straw pour with a white head. Soapy aroma. Some light malt and wheat notes. A bit of apple and lemon, too. Kind of grassy. Flavor is lightly sweet and has no real bitterness to it. Some grainy sweetness, light bread, and wheat. Soap, grass, and a bit of lemon peel.

Herbal. Almost like an alcoholic and carbonated tea. I quite like it as I find it interesting and complex. However it just doesnt taste that good.

On draft at Good Beer. A light, fresh, bready weisse. Not much aroma, or citrus, or sweetness. This could have used a slice of lemon. A nice wheat brew, all things considered.

Draught at Beer in the Plaza. Yellow, unfiltered appearance with a small white head. The aroma is just a light sweet malt, with the flavor just being a wheat-cracker with no hops or bitterness. Light bodied and easy to drink but thoroughly uninteresting.
