A pale green-yellow coloured still cider. A strong apple aroma is backed up by a pear drop candy aroma. Dry mouthfeel. A tart, prickly apple flavour to start with, some grassy hay like flavours too. Then a sweet pear drop flavour comes through to add a boiled candy flavour to the finish. From the box @ The Limes, Fakenham.

Box @ Saxon Crown, Corby. Hazy dishwater colour. Interesting mix of fruits and quite a spicy fusion as far as these two fruits can be. There’s lots of sweetness in this cider.
