Second pressings are rare, this used to be done when cider first pressing was a cash crop. The second pressing was the workers & farmers beer.
Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England Jan 30, 2007 Bottle (from Southwick Brewhouse). Spicy fruity juicy nose. Slightly sweet with good tartness. A little pleasant prickly carbonation. Slight sherberty spritz. Very drinkable and refreshing. I was really pleasantly suprised by this as I was expecting a weak watery drink. maeib (4106), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England May 30, 2004 Gravity dispense - Six Bells BF Farnham. Urine coloured cider which has a vague apple aroma and taste. Very weak for a real cider but this is clearly the intention. Bland, but better than the pasteurized stuff.
