Jan 3, 2008 Had this one on draught at the brewpub in West Dundee, Illinois. Hazy reddish brown pour with a thick, off white head, balanced and nuanced nose, chardonnay, sour grapes, and citrusy hops. Interesting.

Dec 11, 2007 This has a bright copper body with a firm off-white head that covers the glass with thick lacing. The aroma has toffee, a smidgeon of butterscotch, and a light floral hopping. The hops intensify in the flavor, a touch of herbal being added to the floral bitterness. The finish is a moderate but prolonged bitterness. Another fine brew by Frank Simal. You other Chicago area folk should get your butts out to this relatively new brewpub.
