3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is a pretty nice basic Hefe. Sticks to sort of a" classical style hefe"
Pours a nubilous, murky yellow straw. Small tight bubbles that fade to a light film very quickly.
The nose is citrus and banana’s.
The taste to start is strongly banana and candy sugar with a bit of clove and copper. The middle is carbonated and slightly citric.the finish swings back to candy bananas.
This beer has a light to medium body and goes down well, it is slightly more enjoyable on the colder side.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This poured a hazy light gold colour, moderately carbonated, and with a smallish white head. Aroma was subdued and pleasant, being the prototypical hefeweizen. Taste and aftertaste were nice, a tiny bit of sweetness being detectable at the end. Mouthfeel also not bad.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
650ml bottle. Cloudy yellow-orange looks good but the head is a little thin. Soft banana and cloves scent although the cloves take a little seaching for. Very drinkable and refreshing. Juicy fruit flavour with a little chewy dust in the body. Flavours of banana and citrus. Nice and decent for the patio but just off the mark somehow.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy golden weizen with a thin dissipating white head. Light banana and cloves in aroma. In mouth, oily mothfeel, with light bubblegum, bananas, and cloves. Medium bodied. Honest little weizen for the summer. June 18, 2006.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Fading white head covers the undefined cloudy golden shade. Phenolic (cloves, medicine) and yeasty nose goes for mostly straightforward banana aromas. Underlying tart breadiness escapes from the most simple example, but it lacks a bit in structure. Direct banana punch, well defined in its wheat character, but mostly separated fruity, lemony flavours to pair along, each walking in the same direction, but meters apart rather than as a group. Light bodied, defective carbonation is just too light.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Murky yellow body with a bubbly medium sized white head. Nose is lots of clove and some banana and lemon. The flavour is wheaty with some clove and banana. A nice citrus comes through as it goes down. A little thin a finishes with some acidity.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
650 ml bottle, thanks Oakes. Cloudy orange-amber beer with a thick white head. Aroma of overripe banana, light clove, a bit of yeastiness, thin malts. Flavour is quite estery as well, thin bready malts, banana and light spice with a bit of perfuminess. Texture is quite watery though. Would have liked this fresh.
