A generously hopped IPA, balanced by a diabolical blend of rich specialty malts and pure mountain water. A wicked ale that leaves you lusting for more!

Bomber - thanks Andrew! Nice dense orange pour with a nice frothy white head. Good full palate, nice balanced hop profile. Very solid brew.

Pours a clear amber colour with some small white head (doesnít last too long) with some nice lacing. Aromas of pine, citrus, some sweet malty notes, mellow but quite appealing. Flavours of sweet grapefruit and light piney notes, bitterness is mild, good malt profile. Very session-able IPA!

Pours a clear orangish copper with a small off white ring that leaves some lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine & some sweet pale malts. Taste is citrus, grass and a hint of sweetness. Nice smooth ipa that Iíd use to get people into the style.

Bottle from my Uncle Dan, shared at Chadís birthday. Light, hazy pour with a white head. Aroma is light fruit, caramel, and biscuit. Taste is light spice, more biscuit, citrus, and light bitterness.

Large bottle. Reddish amber color, with an off white head. Noticeably bitter, but not a hop bomb; instead a nice balance of hops and malts, with no obvious caramel or other cheap tricks detected. There probably is caramel in this brew, but at least itís well hidden. Nice.

Beer pours a dark gold colour, semi-translucent, with a generous lasting light tan head. Aroma is caramel malt, and citrusy hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is grapefruity hops, with some sweet fruit and malt hints. If this beer was cheaper ($5.60 for a 650ml bottle), drinking it could become a habit.

(22oz bottle) clear rich gold, lasting creamy offwhite head. Nose of cream sickle, oats, saccharin. Taste of oats, cream, fresh grain, lightly hoppy and herbal finish.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a relatively large foamy head with average retention and some alight lacing. Aroma of bitter hops with light citrus notes is not as powerful as I would have expected. Taste is a solid mix between some citrus notes with caramel malt and some floral hops with a bitter finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but nothing really exciting here.
