A generously hopped IPA, balanced by a diabolical blend of rich specialty malts and pure mountain water. A wicked ale that leaves you lusting for more!

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of caramel and fruity hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

My bottle [650ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus. Pours a clear deep golden-amber with an average size semi-lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma has a good amount of resiny hops backed by caramel malt -- simple but nice. Flavour’s the same, nice resiny hops backed by caramel malt and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty good stuff.

Has an IPA aroma on the malty side. Decent amber body and an okay white head. Flavour is floral notes with not-too-strong IPA hops. Has a soft finish, but not cloying. This is an excellent beer, a very well made IPA.

Strong citrus and pine hop notes in the aroma with plenty of underlying caramel malts. Clear copper coloured body is topped by a low but lasting white head that leaves nice lacing. Lime, lemon and pine hop flavours complement the fat round malt profile in this one. It almost seems like an amped up ESB. Pleasant mineral character is almost salty in the aftertaste. Medium body has moderate carbonation. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in December 2010.

Orange, small white head. Herbal, citrus aroma. Flavor is light toasty caramelly malt, sharp resinous bite on the end and more leafy, herbal, citrus hops. Harsh alcohol burn on finish.

660ml bottle shared by blankboy with me and garthicus. Deep clear amber, large lasting frothy tan head. Initially a bit of cooked veg, but it settles down to light toasty malt backing simple but strong leafy & mild citrus (orange) - no alcohol. Taste follows - dry, zesty, somewhat leafy, a bit of alcohol - decent. Decent body and carbonation, a bit astringent, reasonably long bitter, slightly carbonized finish. Nice.

Thanks to Blankboy. Appearance: Ruby red with a small white head. Aroma: sweetly hopped, some red berries, mild yeast and malt. Flavour: berries again, spice, good hop bite, bran and a malty finish. Not bad.

Nice IPA, relatively light compared to other IPA but it works well for this beer. I would drink this again
