3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Capa (1905) - Manama, BAHRAIN - JAN 21, 2011
Clear amber brown with a small white head. Fruity hops, fruit juice, light floral notes and some sweet malts in the aroma. Flavor has a more malt forward presence with the molasses malts, then comes the fruity and lightly floral hops. Almost came off as a very thin barley wine because of it’s molasses malt notes and syrupy alcohol. A pretty decent amber.

Amber color with a short lived white head. Light grain in the nose with some citrus hops. Sharp grapefruit hoppiness with some grass in the finish. Bready malts, but for an amber I found this a really hoppy beer.

Great Example of a good Amber, Malty toasty flavour. Great smooth finish. My wife loveeesss Fat Tire, so I put her to a blind taste test and she had no Idea of what each beer was. She chose this over the Fatness! She does have a pretty good palate and was shocked, lol!
