3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 fromred2green (187) - , Ohio, USA - DEC 28, 2011Bottle. Pours amber (as one would hope) with a creamy head. Aroma is hoppy, but not overpowering. Slight caramel malt aroma detectable as well. Flavor is a mix of medium-roasted malts and a subtle balancing hoppiness. This beer has a slightly creamy texture and is a little thicker than other amber ales I’ve tried, which in my opinion is a good thing. Really not a bad beer at all.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 hardypc (39) - - FEB 19, 2013
It pours a little less than what I expected from an amber ale, but finishes with a smooth taste. Not a bad brew from a small and local brewery. Would try again.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 b3shine (2456) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 8, 2013
Draft to taster at the brewery. Looks solid; a fairly transparent golden amber with fluffy off-white head. Smells and tastes of mild malt and hops with an average mouthfeel. An easy drinking but forgettable amber ale.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 SSSteve (3392) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JAN 16, 2013
bottle from mix pack. aroma of a corn tortilla. it pours a clear amber. tastes like corn chips. its not a bad beer, but it doesn’t strike me as an amber. there’s hints of something good in the finish, but this may be past its prime unfortunately.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 nuplastikk (3353) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 26, 2012
12oz bottle picked up in Columbus, OH. Unfiltered looking orange-tan. Thin, soapy head, steady carbonation bubbles rising. A pretty decent aroma, fleshed out with some fresh hop tones. Caramel and amber malt, pretty decent balance, doesn’t really have much of a hop bite..more an earthy undertone. A pretty decent beer, some smooth, creamy yeast notes. OK.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 GTAEgeek (809) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 7, 2012
12 oz. bottle. Pours dark copper with a small, tan head. The aroma is pine and resin hops, biscuit dough, and a little black pepper and caramel. The flavor is mildly bitter up front, with a small spiciness in the middle and faint, bready sweetness throughout. The palate is medium, creamy, and sticky. Overall, this is a nice amber ale, and somewhat hop forward.
2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 rayy (31) - Ohio, USA - JUL 19, 2012
Aroma--bready crystal malt, some hops. OK head. Very bitter on the palate, for the style. Some plastic.. Bitterness Kind of overwhelms everything else.

Bottle purchased at Kroger Polaris. Clear amber pour with a medium beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel and plastic. Malty and sugary sweet flavor with candied fruit character.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 superspak (1536) - Michigan, USA - MAR 5, 2012
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly hazy and cloudy bright orange color with a nice 2 finger fairly dense khaki head with great retention that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Some spotty lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of carbonation streaming up. Aromas of light caramel, toasted malt, honey, bread, herbal hops, and light orange zest. Aromas are pretty weak, but have decent balance for what is there. Taste of biscuit, caramel, orange zest, herbal hops, earth, honey, toasted malt, and biscuit. Good amount of herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, biscuit, light citrus, and toasted malt for a bit. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy mouthfeel with a bit of prickly carbonation. Fairly crisp on the finish. Alcohol is well hidden with almost no warming present on the finish. Easily drinkable and smooth as well at 6%. Overall this is an ok amber ale. Probably a bit too old, as I have no idea how long it has been sitting on the store shelf when I bought it a few months ago. Pretty drinkable though.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 DavoleBomb (1467) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 5, 2011
Poured into a pint glass.
3.0 A: Clear medium orange color with a tint of amber. Pour yielded just a touch of head that quickly fell, leaving no lacing.
3.0 S: Toasty with hints of caramel. That’s about all I can say since the nose on this is so weak.
3.5 T: Lots of toastiness in the taste, however. Some caramel, but not much. Earthy and spicy hops. Maybe a bit grassy as well. Light neutral malt sweetness and a bit grainy.
3.5 M: Light to lighter medium body. Good moderate carbonation. This could be a lot creamier, but it goes down easy enough.
3.5 D: A quality, though run of the mill amber. I’m not sure why the nose on this was so weak, but it was.
