2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle via Benny. Pours light yellow with a light white head and loads of CO2 release. Taste is lightly malted and citrus hop. Not quite hoppy enough though to bring it out of yellow beerdom. Palate is smooth, bubbly and easy to drink.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from the Andersonís Columbus. Pours golden with an inch if white foam. Not much on the nose. Light on the tongue with a little but of fruity flavor. Clean finisher. Kind of boring.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from 12 ounce bottle purchased as part of Mt. Carmel variety 12 pack from Delhi Township Kroger. Medium gold hue, medium white head, sweeet floral/slightly aroma, light to medium body, moderate bittersweet flavor with more substance than a lot of blonde ales.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear pal yellow brew with white head. Aroma of bread with a little floral hops and maybe fruit. Taste is mild malt at the start with a little bittering, light fruit and buttery flavor at the end. Is OK.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
biscuit and pilsner malt flavors. Very clean and evenly carbonated. Definitely a sessionable beer and I could throw back a six pack pretty easily.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle scooped up in Columbus. Unfiltered orange-tan. Thin, creamy white head. A pretty decent Blonde Ale, with some fresh zest that works well with the creamy, medium body. Fruity ale notes, this isnít as pedestrian as the name would suggest. Pretty solid offering, rich and malty, but balanced and refreshing too.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A little better than I expected. Mostly malt aroma, slight dose of hops. Pale hazy yellow. Hops present in taste, slightly citrus, like lemon peel. And some German hops. A bit heavy for the style, I think, but good. Probably close to a Kolsch, but heavier.

Draft to pint at Mt. Carmel. Looks fine; clear blonde with low carbonation and thin lacing. Smells light and doughy. Tastes good Nice bite. Good on the palate too. A good example of the style.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly hazy medium yellow with a thick one finger head. Really nice looking beer.
The aroma has a decent amount of lemon along with some light bread.
The flavor is honestly a little dull with just a faint hint of lemon, peach, and bubblegum. Really no grain flavor at all. A moderate bitterness lingers throughout but all other flavors are gone halfway through the taste. Nice, creamy mouthfeel.
Overall, an ok brew that is definitely quite drinkable. Flavors are just a tad too dull for me, though.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear golden wheat color with a l-o-o-o-n-g lasting 1/2" head and good lacing. The taste is unmistakably sweet caramel malt that turns over to light hops and perhaps a touch of ginger. Very easy to drink. Good to see Mt. Carmel is continuing to offer well crafted brews.
