Tmoney99 (3740), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Aug 7, 2005 Growler from BP Clough. Dark amber hue with a medium head that diminished slowly. Medium aroma of hops and citrus. Light to medium body. Medium flavor that is refreshing with a medium long light bitter finish. Good start for this new brewer. thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Nov 8, 2006 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that was long lasting and left behind a semi-hazy light yellow brown colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was malty bready cinnamon and dough. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of slightly acidic malt mild hops and semi-sweet. hotstuff (3055), Indiana, USA Oct 3, 2006 Draft at Dilly Deli in Mariemont. A big thanks goes out to their staff for all the assistance they gave thedm and I during our first visit there. Friendly and helpful staff. Small white head with sparse lacing, no visible carbonation, and a honey blonde hue. Nose was malty, sweet, hoppy and citrus. Flavor was sweet, some maltiness, somewhat vinuous, and finishes a little bitter. Slightly tingly and dry mouthfeel. Medium body. Schroppfy (1741), Ohio, USA Aug 1, 2005 Well, not so blonde after all, rather instead a golden, lightish copper. Purchased at Dilly Deli in the esteemed company of JCW and JSturm. This beer has a very nice bitterness, lingering, and a tiny bit of feathery, sugary malt (fruit? well, maybe some peachiness). It is a bit watery, but this growler, which has been through a hell of a 90 someodd degree day, opened early then sitting, drunk out of the totally wrong glassware until now, has stood up well. Smells very crisp, grassy. BuckeyeBoy (1211), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 22, 2008 On tap at Jungle Jims Spring Brew Fest. Pours out a dark gold topped with a white head. Arom of malt and tast of light hops and malt.
