UPDATED: OCT 18, 2010 Sample at the Beer ’N Rock Band tasting on 08/27/2010: This beer is a clear golden color with a thin and dense white head that burns away to an outer ring eventually. Top ring of lacing on the glass with spots underneath. Citrus and malt aroma. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, citrus and a touch of yeast. The finish is fruity with a malt aftertaste. Average overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle, thanks to Taylor for picking this up for me during our tour of the brewery. Clear yellow color, thin white head fading to minimal, bit of lace. Refreshing, crisp carbonation makes this one easy to gulp down, as well as a light body. At that pace, there’s a nice subtle hoppiness that becomes noticable, as well as a nice sweet lemon zestiness. Surprising ABV for the lightness, a good blonde.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear brilliant gold body with a one finger fizzy white head that slowly faded to thin covering. The nose is fairly light and clean with a slight bready maltiness and a slight fruitiness. The flavor is light and delicate with just a touch of bready malt. Minimal to no hops, just a clean easy drinking Blond. Light bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Not exciting in the least, but no quality issues.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Very light nose, a little floral, if I may say, with nice golden malt. Hazy (from chill?) golden body with a large rocky white head. Lightly airy yeast has mild fruity notes and even a Belgian tint, a hint of mineral but more like meringue. Medium-full, creamy smooth body with some wheat texture. Refreshing, creamy like a Wit, and surprisingly good!
