Pours a clear orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is fruity with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle sample at the Mt. Carmel tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 5/22/14. Clear amber pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt and piney hop. Sweet malt flavor with grassy and piney hops in the finish.

Bottle. Orange pulp, malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet light orange, barley malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Okay.

Malty IPA. Not the norm and not really what I’m looking for in an IPA. Just too much going on.

12oz bottle scooped up at Dutch’s in Cincinnati. Unfiltered orange-tan body with a steady off-white head. Cool, crisp aroma. Classic US IPA, maybe leaning towards the East with its chewy malt tones. Hops are ever-present, but never really dominating. Overall this is better than most IPAs out there, I’d gladly scoop up a sixpack of it.

Cloudy amber, thin, off-white head. Light caramel, bread aroma...a hint of ginger. Taste is mild, caramel leafy bitter, peel, malty. Very light and easy. Not bad.

12 ounce bottle, poured an amber color with aromas of hops, light spice, and some grapefruit. Flavors were the same, light citrus followed by some light spicy hops, with a touch of bitterness on the backend.

From the bottle. Scent is malts and some sort of spice I can’t put my finger on. Taste is sweet caramel and butterscotch... Really no hop influence. Goes down kind of sticky... Not impressed.

Bottle pour copper color. Nose of some dank hop, and if I search hard, some spicy hop aroma. Initial mild grapefruit bitterness, but I have to search for the hop flavor. some decent bitterness, but most flavor comes from the malt, more caramel flavor.

I good IPA from a small brewery. There is plenty of hops here, but missing some of the citrusy hints that come along with many IPAss.
