Sep 3, 2009 Good and roasty, mostly but not completely dry - a little raisiny sweetness but not much. A good hit of coffee. Pours and stays a little still. Coffee acidity shows up in the flavor, ash, not well integrated - separate. Piney hops, for example, are in the taste too. Could mellow.

Feb 24, 2009 12oz recent bonus, I think from Alexsdad06. Pours black with a nice puffy light brown head. Nose is rich and somewhat chocolatly and slightly off. Taste is sweet and some what chocolaty. Something seems off to me, but on some level this is pretty good.
