Bright, citrusy, & hoppy, this summertime ale salutes the flavor of the American hop & gives way to a smooth refreshing finish.

Sample at The Ohio Taproom. Hazy golden-amber color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, malt and hops. Bottle @ home, courtesy of DrSilverworm. Thanks! Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a creamy, off white head. Grassy, herbal, woody, honey, slightly bitter, wheat aroma. A bit spicy, chewy, herbal wheat malty, somewhat bitter, bland flavor. Bleh.

12 oz. bottle from Ludlow Wines. Pours a semi-cloudy gold color with a small eggshell white head. Notes of wheat, light lemon citrus, grassy hops, straw, and pale malts. Light-bodied, with active carbonation and a mouthfeel more like an APA. Surprising amount of bitterness- not a ton but not what you’d expect for a wheat ale. Sessionable.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a nice golden color with a small white head. The aroma has wheat, pale malts, light lemony citrus and light floral notes. Actually, not much of a nose at all. The flavor is wheat, bready malts, light lemony citrus, with a fair amount of bitterness for the style. Overall, not something I would revisit again ever.

Draft to pilsner. Looks decent; translucent like a lager though. Smells and tastes pretty good. Cascade? Good mouthfeel. A really good summer ale!
