On tap @ Henry’s Tavern, Portland. Hazy golden copper hue, citrus smell. High drinkability with a smooth mouthfeel and pleasant finish. Hop presence is certainly felt, but is not overpowering. A crisp, clean, well done Pale Ale with a distinctive subtle balance.

Cask at the brewpub. Hazy dark golden color with bubbles for head. Light stone fruit aroma. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly peachy, but the bitter is quite strong. Nice low level of malt.

Soapy hops and bready grains in the aroma. Hazy yellow with a thick head. Crisp and light with some citrus and floral hops and a mild bready sweetness. A thirst quencher.

Draft at Hood River Hops Fest 2007. a hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of butter, hops, and malt - and so is the flavor. What’s going on with the butter?

On tap at Henry’s in Portland, OR--Poured a dull copper-yellow-golden body with a small white head. Nose of mild Cascade hops and bready butter. Flaovr was creamy and mildly sweet with a faint bitter finish. Pretty boring and lacking complexity.
