3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazed golden color with sudsy white head. Slight orangey aroma. This is an impressively dry beer, it leaves you thirsty for another sip in a refreshing sort of way...earthy, dry hoppiness dominates.

Poured from a can, it has a stone fruit aroma, but there’s some pine in the flavor. Not bad for a small brewery in the middle of the desert!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can 1 oz. Pours clear copper amber with a nice beige head. Aroma is malty caramel almost too swet hoppy citric piny fruity. Flavor is like aroma; nicely sweet malty with a good bitter bite, lots of piny and grapefruit character, longlived finish.

Can thanks to a friend. Crisp gold/cream head. Nose is malts, light hop, sweet, and bitter. Easy palate, malty, bitter hops, faint citrus.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours copper with an off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, pale and cereal malts, plus some weird notes. Flavor the same with very little hops. Average texture. I hope this bottle might be bad or old or something, because it’s not the best beer.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2013 12oz can. Rating #37. Fizzy copper pour with lots of bubbles and a big off-white head. Nice citrus nose with a decent malt backbone as well. Malty with a citrus bite in the finish. (2832)

Bottle, extra from trade with my friend Randy in Arizona. Pour is a foamy mess. Light orange color with a huge foamy head that fades slowly. Somewhat faint aroma, oranges and flowers mostly. Taste is ok, light sweetness with moderate bitterness. Mostly floral in taste but the malt is noticeable too. The problem with this beer is the overcarbonation. Every sip foams up in my mouth. The finish is pretty dry too. Not a fan of this.

A good strong hops aroma. Looks fine. This is great. A solid hop flavor throughout, with some good floral notes. Quite tasty. 2 for 2 for Mudshark.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A good if unexceptional IPA. Nice deep copper color. Some malty base. Taste is all bitterness and grapefruit. As a traditional West Coast style IPA, there’s nothing to complain about here. Edit: After it warms up a bit this is better. The malt starts asserting itself more after waking up from its slumber. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Sorry, not a believer and I suggest not using desert water. Since when has desert water been ’crisp’? Flavor is mostly malt with really no hop bite, aroma, or flavor. Just not a good IPA.
