3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
An easy to drink wit with a load of orange peel and hits of coriander and black pepper. The flavour is subdued a bit with smoothened esters and light toasted wheat malts. Overall, a good but bland wit.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12floz/355ml bottle into a weizen glass; served cold.
Aroma: Quite orange-y. Not a whole lot of spice, but itís pleasant.
Appearance: Near opaque, hazy, orange-yellow body. Clean, white, foamy head that dissipates pretty slowly. I had some visible sediment in my beer, which Iím not sure how I feel about, but it mostly dissolved, I think. Nice lacing, though!
Taste: Incredibly mild. Orange, yes, a little. Spices, barely. Exceptionally mild, though. Itís cool that you donít taste the relatively high alcohol content, but itís a weakly flavored beer. If I just got an off-bottle, Iíll re-do this review.
Palate: Exceptionally soft, almost non-existent carbonation. Finish is short and ends on subtle fresh orange flavor.
Overall: I was expecting more, sadly. Itís a very quiet beer, and I was expecting a loud, head-on collision with coriander and oranges. Regardless of what I expected, itís a subtle, gentle beer that really masks the ABV well. I like it, but itís nowhere near my favorite wit.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours hazy yellow color with small head that fades fast. Faint orange smell a little grassy. Tastes citrus and sweet with a spiciness i canít describe( not coriander) maybe pepper?Body is a little thin with a twang on the tongue. Sticky on the back of the throat. No noticeable hop flavor. Nothing impressive here.

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
I am an avid belgian white ale drinker. I have tried a good amount of different belgian whites and this one is by far my favorite. The kicker to this beer is that it is 8.5% alcohol which is higher than most beers out there. This beer is comparable to Shocktop and Blue Moon, but I like Mudsharkís Fullmoon better. I am unsure why many people rated this low, possibly because they are not familiar with belgian white ales and the combination of wheat, orange peel, and coriander.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A pretty good cloudy yellow appearance. A nice and fairly orange aroma and a definite strong furit flavor. The wheat is also fairly prominent but the fruit characters are dominant. Pretty darn good for a can brew.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Not a bad brew, strikes me as a saison take on a wheat beer. Cloudy appearance as befitting the latter. Spicy notes on a solid wheat base in flavor, with some lingering pepperness. Not as peppery as a true saison however. My only complaint is that the mouthfeel is on the flat side, though that could be my particular bottle. Overall I don't understand why this beer is rated so poorly; I find it interesting and good!

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy-bright yellow color. Aroma is light, citrus, slightly dull. Pretty good beer, but I canít taste the coriander/spice as well as many others. I like this style of beer, but Iím afraid the high alcohol content canít mask its imperfections - nice try, though. Good sweet-sour blend, anyway.

Yellow, no head. Not much aroma, really - I get some banana and spice. Flavor is fruity - banana and citrus, and faint spices. Not horrible.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Average or slightly better than average white beer. Bottle pours very fizzy with a head that disappears. Decent citrus aroma. Flavor is typical wheat, with citrus, hints of coriander; sweet. Creamy mouthfeel, which I liked. Similar to the more famous Blue Moon from Coors. Iím interested in Mudshark as an Arizona brewery; this and its IPA are ok.
