Cherry Belgian Brown double fermented with ale yeast and trappist yeast. The addition of fresh cherries and Belgian Candi Sugar yields a rich full flavored, full bodied Belgian Strong Ale. Named in honor of the twins Sienna and Savannah born May 22, 2007, Merise Jumelle is best served between 45 and 60 degrees.

Cola brown beer with some red hues and no head. Aroma of candi sugar, brown sugar and some dried cherries. Flavor is dominated by brown sugar and candi sugar with some nice natural cherries that come out in the finish. FInishes a little hot and vinous. Perhaps a little thin?
