Commercial Description:
Die traditionelle Biersorte entwickelte sich aus dem früher üblichen Lagerbier, wurde dann dem Zeitgeist entsprechend Exportbier und heisst jetzt Edel-Hell. Es ist ein mit mildem Hallertauer Hopfen gebrautes spritziges helles Bier, leicht malzaromatisch und passt besonders zum Essen und zum Feierabend.

bottle. Golden light yellow, nice and creamy head. Malty and sweet nose. Malty flavour, sweet, slightly hoppy in the finish, malty aftertaste.
