COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer with a finger-thick, dense, white head. Pale malts and some fruityness in the aroma. A bit simple but pleasant. The flavor has a little bitterness, would like some more initially. Pale malts and fruityness too. A touch of fresh grass and fields of flowers. Medium body, soft carbonation and quite dry. A pleasant and refreshing beer I could easily slake the thirst with every now and then. 111126

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Pale malty nose with a whiff of biscuits. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Malt-accented slightly biscuity taste with distinctive notes of honey lingering into the sweet and slightly bitter finish with shy notes of grassy and herbal hops. Solid and quite rounded Helles. 08.IX.09
