(030308) Tranquillity (1081), Espoo, Finland Sep 18, 2007 Bottle under the name Mühlenbräu Dränkisch Dunkles at the German beer festival at One Pint, Helsinki. Aroma of honey and malt. Dark cola colour. Small-bubbled beige head. Taste bitter but lacks malt! A bit watery. MiP (6337), Flensburg, Germany Jul 10, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy dark brown colour. The flavour starts off with coffee, fresh and roasted. Finishes a little thin, but OK. Seems to have some old hop notes which I do not like, along with cardboard.. Slightly fruity also, would have preferred it not to be. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Nov 14, 2005 Draught at the brewpub. Incredibly nasty aroma and flavour. Mouldy, earthy, sour and buttery. When I pointed the problem out to the man in charge, his arrogant response was that noone else had complained. He did not even bother to smell or taste it. He obviously didn’t care about his beer. This was a very calm evening with almost no other guests (wonder why?!) so he had plenty of time to check it. I left the glass almost full.
