From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild caramel sweet malty aroma. Fruity and sweet flavoured with a mild caramel malty note and a light bitternss coming through. Ends sweet and caramel malty.

Draught @ Stuhrer Mühle, 28816 Stuhr, Germany. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, grain, light to moderate yeasty, cheese. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draught at the brewpub. Hazy grey/copper colour. Big, stable, creamy white head. The flavour starts off quite well, nicely fruity and citric. Turns a little old after a second, though. Medium, slightly rough bitterness, with something disturbing, perhaps a little diacetyl. Might be good fresh, but this seems beyond that.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy pale golden coloured. Hoppy aroma. Fresh and mild hop-aromatic flavour. Crisp and rather dry finish.
