Hazy grey/copper colour. Big, stable, creamy white head. The flavour starts off quite well, nicely fruity and citric. Turns a little old after a second, though. Medium, slightly rough bitterness, with something disturbing, perhaps a little diacetyl. Might be good fresh, but this seems beyond that. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Nov 14, 2005 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy pale golden coloured. Hoppy aroma. Fresh and mild hop-aromatic flavour. Crisp and rather dry finish.
