Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Schöne leicht dunkelgelbe Farbe, es prickelt schön, und die mittelporige Blume steht wie ne Eins! Geruchlich ists kölschtypisch und dominant malzig. Der Antrunk ist spitze. Es ist sehr angenehm rezent, und ein doch sehr starker, aber wohlschmeckender Malzgeschmack macht sich breit. Noch nie hatte ich ein Kölsch mit einem solch intensiven malzig-würzigen Geschmack getrunken. Sehr süffig ist es dazu auch noch! Mir kommts so vor als würde das Malzaroma zum Ende hin noch intensiver werden. Einfach spitze!

On draught at Putz Brauhaus. Aroma mainly malt with hints of sweet fruits. Taste is delegate sweet with slight hay flavours. Very refreshing, perfect Kölsch

Clear golden colour, white head. Light, sweet malty aroma, only light hops. Sweet malty flavour, light bitter. Short finish. Quite OK, very drinkable.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 081211

Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, hops and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, hops, little sweet, fruit, little citrus and medium bitter.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a small white top. Aroma is mainly malts and a hint of hop. Taste is a refreshing malted grain and a nice hop bitterness.

On draught at Malzmühle. The beer is a clear lustrous yellow color with a medium white head that diminishes slowly. Rings of lacing on the glass. Bready malt, fruit and hops in the nose. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, grassy hops and fruit. The finish is malty at first and leaves a slightly herbal hops aftertaste. Decent Kölsch overall.

Bottled. Clear yellow color with a white head that diminished and let a lot of lacing. Aroma is floral hops, some sweetness and malt . Flavor is kind mild. The hops are strong and the sweetness shows up balancing with the hops. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is bitter and hoppy, keeps some dryness. Loved this one as well... I think I will enjoy live here! :D
