Bottle. Look: Light yellow color, big white and quickly dissapearing head. Smell: Malt. Taste: Clean and fresh malitiness. Small but pleasant bitterness in aftertaste. Overall: Medium bodied (big body for this beer style).

Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Clear amber body. Lovely fruity aroma. Mild and week barley malt flavor with a good deal of carbonation and a short aftertaste.

draught@brewery - clean golden colour with a little foam left; light notes of malt and fruits (apple, peach); moderate malt body, some sweetness and a hint of bitterness, quite dry and long fruity and malty finish - subtle and inoffensive but very well-made

Draft at brewpub. Golden color and pleasant, floral and fruity nose. Medium bitterness with a light sweetness, fruit-ester backdrop, Tasty and refreshing, more interesting than most of its neighbors.

From 1 month old bottle - Beautiful pale golden body, beautiful sparkle and a fine white head; Lots of earthy strict hop aromas in fine and crisp nose, actually more hop then I have tasted in any draft Kölsch; A little to full textured body, bitter, still crisp; Lots of aroma in long finish, to full malty, but lots of fresh crisp earthy hop aromas, ending up slightly sweet. Not bad at all considering it comes from a bottle.
