Bottle from Berts Bierhuis. Golden colour, off-white head. Nose is sweet malty, yeasty, a bit spicy. Flavour is slightly sweet malted, yeasty, fruity. A bit alcoholic. Slightly bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours dark golden with a medium white head. Aroma is a bit of malt, but mainly sourness and some metal. Taste is also a bit of sweet malts, but mainly sourness. Probably an infected bottle, will have to try this one again.

33cl Bottle from Mitra Heerhugowaard, BB 08-’12, so over 2 years old. Hazy golden amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet warm home-made apple sauce, oxidization, light hops, harsh alcohol and phenols. Flavour is sweet, sweet mashed apples, alcohol, phenols, yeast, light spicy alcohol bitter finish with some old hops. Medium-bodied. Just OK.

33cl. Bottle. Poors hazy orange with nice bubbly white head. Aroma yeast, fruits, grapefruit, fresh grass. Taste Sweetsour with a sparkle in the bitter. Mouth-feel thin, watery. Nice tripel.
