Had on tap at the brewery. Poured a light yellow. Smelled kind of like a sweet tart. Flavor was sweet and malty. Very bread like, with a sharp sour finish. Per beer menu, this is 7.8% alcohol.

Nov 18, 2007 11/17/07: On tap @ Mulholland. <br /> Yellow bodied, no head / lace. Possibly under-carbonated. Medium – large yeast nose. Flavors are predominantly breadie. Palate is a bit heavy.
