Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild but not washy, modest dry, mild spicy. Finish still mild, so quite drinkable. Nothing special, but not bad.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft apple aroma. Thinnish. Malt and apple in the flavor. needs more malt character and more hops.

50cl bottle, Hallertau sampler@biershop-bayern. - Pours a greenish, horse pee dark yellow (dark horse pee yellow? Now that sounds undrinkable...) with little head, strong fizz. Virtually aromaless, but decent traditional Helles: watery, dry malts, lemonade and straw, with an acceptable level of natural hop spice. Served its purpose in being near at hand in the emergency of having to wash down a very salty Bratwurst, so I might be giving it too much credit here for heroic services rendered.

It’s yellow-golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of bread, straw, malt and light flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of bread, flower, malt and a touch of straw towards the fairly dry finish.

Very pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Faint grain aroma and a bready taste with a citrus finish.

500ml bottle. Medium straw, white head. Clean, malty aroma, faint butter, hops, citrus. Dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, spicy taste, hops, citrus, faint diacetyl. (2012-06-20)

500ml bottle. Aroma is light hops, light hay. Appearance is pale yellow with a very small, very fast decreasng white head. Taste ist light bitter, light sweet. Has a soft but watery mouthfeel, a soft carbonation and a almost not existing finish. Overall a refreshing and light beer for hot summer days. Not my favorite though.

Light golden colored, little white head. Sweet aroma with some butter, grass and lemon here as well. Thin to medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is cleaner with still thin butter, nice fruitiness here as well. Aftertaste lasts, still with butter.
