(500ml bottle) Purchased at Le Goblet. Pours a clouded golden body beneath a medium, frothy white foam. The nose is fairly malty with hints of tart cherries and maple. Very sweet with flavours of roasted malt, maple syrup and spice. Above average.

Eructoblaster (3103) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 24, 2005
Hazy golden body topped with a decent white foamy head. Fair malty nose with maple, cranberries and spicy hints. Due to maple flavour, taste is dominated by sweetness. It leaves a nice bittersweet aftertaste. This is a quite interesting product...

Maple syrup mixes well with cranberries in the nose with some underlying toasty malt notable. Hazy blushing tan coloured body with shy white head that diminishes immediately to ring. The maple flavour is very strong in this one without being overpoweringly sweet especially due to the tang of the cranberries in the finish. There is a campfire-like smokiness also with some toastiness to the malts. Medium body is just a touch sticky in the throat. Moderate carbonation gently stimulates the tongue. Tulip glass, allowed to warm for 10mins after being removed from the fridge. Bottle (Peluso, Mar. 2005).
