MartinT (4458), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Aug 9, 2006 Any first impressions?
-A veil of foam covers the hazy golden peach.
-Doughy yeast, spicy hops, and some unidentifiable fruity sweetness meekly float above the glass.
-Fruity honey approaches peach and cantaloup territory, as the yeast merges smoothly with this restrained sweetness.
-A plump body is exposed by the soft carbonation.

What if you dig deeper?
-Floral brushes and orangey sweetness attempt complexity.
-Alcohol is very well-hidden for this size.
-This strong ale is of low complexity, but all flavors are married competently.
-A cleanly-brewed strong ale from Multi-Brasses; let’s hope this is an exciting new beginning!
Bottle; no date. Lubiere (3410), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Sep 11, 2006 Called Pentecote Blonde. Hazy golden ale with a thin white headé Light sweet pears aroma with notes of sulfur and beginning of rubber. In mouth, a very thin malt, with light orange peels and coriander. Lighter bodied. Veering on being off. Bottle bought at La Barik, Trois-Rivières. HogTownHarry (3361), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Sep 4, 2007 Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, biegaman and viggo - my bottle via trade with Viper666. Hazy light yellow-orange, small frothy off-white head. Light aroma of tart, near-sour fruit, perfume hops - odd, maybe old. That sourness is joined by staleness and, weirdly, fishy saltiness - bleh. Light, flat, sourly acid mouthfeel, sour, stale aftertaste - no thanks. Sammy (3242), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 16, 2008 An odd but not undrinkable Belg. Cloudy peachy with lots of lace and significant soapy head. Boozy cidery aroma. Drinks cidery with yeast as second and malts in he background. beerbuzzmontreal (2769), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 6, 2007 Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is, ack, eesh, ugghh, ok there’s something unpleasant in there, besides some orange peel, fruits and spices are detected, after a while the unpleasant aroma goes away. The flavor has a combination of orange peel, spices and something that feels like fir tree sap. The body is medium with an oily texture and moderate carbonation. Not bad but not good enough to drink a whole bomber of this stuff alone.
