Hazy amber color with an off-white head. Smells of sour apples and citrus. Very citrusy on the pallate. The hops is not prominent. Acidic on the tongue. Sour apples in the after taste. very refreshing.

Cloudy orange poor with a a small off-white head but has good lacing. Aromas of pasion fruit, mangos, pink grapefruit, oranges, bananas and nutmeg. Sour acid mouthfeel. Almost no bitterness. Added flavors of rhubarb and sour grapefruit. Missing maybe a little sweetness to it. Gueuze like characteristics, unique but missing that extra umph in the body... Good overall.

Robe blonde voilée surmontée d’une mince mousse blanche. Arômes d’épices, de sucre candi et de houblon amérisant. Saveurs de sucre candi, d’épices et de levure.

Any first impressions?
-A veil of foam covers the hazy golden peach.
-Doughy yeast, spicy hops, and some unidentifiable fruity sweetness meekly float above the glass.
-Fruity honey approaches peach and cantaloup territory, as the yeast merges smoothly with this restrained sweetness.
-A plump body is exposed by the soft carbonation.

What if you dig deeper?
-Floral brushes and orangey sweetness attempt complexity.
-Alcohol is very well-hidden for this size.
-This strong ale is of low complexity, but all flavors are married competently.
-A cleanly-brewed strong ale from Multi-Brasses; let’s hope this is an exciting new beginning!

Bottle; no date.

Bottle: Poured a clear light copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with some nice lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian type malt is dominating. Taste is dominated by some sweet malt with maybe a tad too much sweetness which gets to be a bit cloying. Body has an oily texture with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not a very complex beer overall but better then I had expected.
