(Bottle 50 cl) I don’t believe I’ve ever had a Kristall outside Germany or Austria, so this is kinda unusual. Very pale, very clear and completely without any head. Quite fresh with some weak, wheaty touches, but not very fruity. Subdued bitterness. Quite pleasant alternative to a lager. But if you’re into real wheat beers, then go look elsewhere. 280103

Not much of a wheat beer, more like an standard-lager. Some herbal notes.

Bottom fermented beer made from 35% wheat malt. Golden coloured and crystal clear. Full bodied, with the cleanness that is associated with bottom fermented beers. Soft with some wheat aroma. 5.1% ABV.

Biscuity malt character but a little light on the phenols.
