COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle: Thanks Papsø: Served in a shaker glass: Smaller sized vast and thick white creamy foamy head on top of a hazy amber colored beer. Aromas of malts, barley malts, hay, prunes, toast, light nutty touch, some caramel and some cream tones like marzipan. Flavours of malts, malty soap, cream, caramel, prunes, a sprinke of brown sugars, some toast, hays, grains, bitters and herbal tones. Aftertaste is a mix of malts, bitters, hay, some caramel, toasty plant tone an some herbs with a honey edge. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture. Very malty beer, clean malty but not much else, yet it’s quite refreshing and easy drinkable. It’s ok.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a smallish off-white head. Some dusty hops in the nose combined with nutty accents. Medium body, again nuts + some brown sugar character. And again these dusty hops that at least leaves a decent bitterness. A decent drinker I suppose - but very few thrills here. 200114
