330 ml bottle, batch #56, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 9.4%, IBU 45. Golden colour, moderate white head. Dull and unfresh aroma of malts, wort and stale jam, masking the fresher and fruitier and spicy notes. "Raw" and alcoholic sweet flavour, not good at all. Couldn’t finish the bottle.

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Deep golden color. Sweet aromas of fruity alcohol, apricot, baked yeast and toffee. Sweet fruity and somewhat spicy flavor with tart fruity alcohol, apricot and citrus liquer. Too sweet, with some alcohol character which I don’t like.

On bottle from Vinmonpolet Stovner ( on order, BU). Slightly hazy golden color, ok foam. Medium aroma intensity; malt, dried fruits- yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Some sweetness, quite high bitterness for this style. Not quite balanced, with a little sting of alcohol.. Enjoyable

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden body with a large, short-lived white head. Nose is baker’s yeast, banana, straw, grains and hints of white sugar and honey. Taste is honey, straw, metal, grains, alcohol and hints of floral heather and grass. Medium body and carbonation. Rough-edged and metallic, this is one tripel that does not work not for me at all.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear golden/orange body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is pale malt, yeast, spicy, white sugar and some alcohol. Flavor is sweet pale malt, lots of white sugar, some yeast, hint of fruit and spicy with low bitterness and warming alcohol. OK body and average aftertaste. It’s a decent Triple, nothing extraordinary really, but trues the style without making anything exiting out of it.

Bottle split two ways. Murky brownish pour with a frothy head. Caramel sweetness, grains, herbal notes and some yeast flavours. A tad weak.
