COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Easter beer. Single hop pale ale on Hallertau Comet.

Sweet malty aroma, rich and full. A bit sticky. Bready malty body. Too sweet for me. But certainly the malty fullness isn’t intrinsically bad.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2016 Pours amber and cloudy, medium tan head, little lacing. Nose of zest, resin, heather, lemon, spice, pine. Taste is balanced with light bitterness as top note. Medium to dry body, medium carbonation, somewhat sticky finish. Overall nicely balanced, but the resinny/piney/heathery aroma is a bit excessive.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy orange color and is way over carbonated with lots of soapy off-white head. Aroma of dry hay, citrus, grass, spices and orange peel. The flavour is also fruity with orange peel, grassy hops, mango, pine and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. Well balanced and Belgian infused APA. Fresh and fruity.

Copper, rusty red, big beige head. Smell of ripe fruits, apples, light malts, some spices. A vbit dull, probably old? Moderate sweet, quite fruity, hops not very present, ok malt base, moderate bitter, apple peel tail. Shouldn’t be in the shelves!

Clear amber, offwhite head. Hoppy, grassy aroma with light alcohol whiffs. Rather malty, not particularly fresh. Malty flavour, not much hops. A little orange-like citrus and grass but all in all this one gives a rather old impression.

Dejlig frisk og velduftende Indian Pale Ale. Tilpas med bitterhed. Lidt kedeligt udseende.

Bottle at Ravintola Kirjakauppa, Pori. Batch 105. Amber color, small white head. Aroma has strong butterscotch-diacetylic sweetness. Some peachy notes. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruityness, diacetyl in the flavor. Light citric notes. This is off. Or Comet has so strong overriped fruityness that it fools me.

Look; off white head, foggy apricot body. Aroma; lots of apricots, almond, sweet part of plums. Taste; nutty apricotish plummy flavour with a fruity finish. On palate ok. Overall; good fruity brew. [33cl br btl 6% BB02.2017 #76 B@Kvickly Middelfart DK, shared with Rune]
