Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 8, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear, dark amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly sweet aroma of roasted malt. Thin body, notes of rye bread and a little caramel. Rather hoppy finish. 310807 yngwie (3762), Kristiansand, Norway Nov 5, 2006 Bottled. Clear, golden-brown with a minimal off-white head. Malty and sugary aroma with some fruityness. Watery and sticky body with flavors of bread, malt, caramel and I think there’s some juniper there as well, even though I couldn’t determine it before reading the label. Malty finish with some caramel-sweetness and a touch of hops. Definately better than the regular Munkholms, and finally a decent non-alcoholalternative. (061105) Grovlam (3325), Copenhagen, Denmark Sep 2, 2007 Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great session @ Papsoe] Small off-white rocky head. Spare display of lacework. Clear sparkling body with a pale brown color. Aroma of light caramel, hint of toasted malt, bred like notes and some fruit. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Sweet finish. Ok alcohol free beer I guess. 31-08-2007 gunnfryd (2840), Kristiansand, Norway Dec 29, 2006 Bottle. Golden /light brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, caramel, malt. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark Feb 5, 2008 33 cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a weak head. Ugly aroma of rye, malt and toffee-like, all in a very ugly way. Light flavour of caramel and little maltness, ends up very thin.
