Bottle from Total Wine. Chilled; shaken. Milky white pour. Aromas of fruit and alcohol. Seems to be coconut and melon. Very smooth mouthfeel. There’s heat. It’s creamy. Very mild fruits and arguably floral esters. Suggests tropical fruit juices. Finish is smooth and warm. One of the more palatable sakes I’ve had. Perhaps this one is for beginners.

Served chilled. Extremely cloudy, milky white body with faint yellowish and cream colored hues. There is alot of unfiltered rice particulate, even for a Nigori. The sediment becomes very thick at the bottom of the glass if it sits for just a moment, and it is agitated with each sip. The aroma is typical sweet Nigori, with lemony, floral notes and a faint cream background. There is also quite a bit of alcohol present in the nose. The flavor follows suit exactly, though the creaminess seems more concentrated at the end of the glass where the sediment has gathered. Likewise, the mouthfeel goes from moderate to overly chunky and thick, which is not at all appealing. Overall, this is not a very well crafted rendition of the style.

The aroma is strong with alcohol, rice, paint, and coconut. The appearance is white and cloudy. The flavor is like the aroma with an alcohol burn. The palate is thin and not very oily. Overall a nice tasting sake that blows you away with alcohol.

pour a rich full flavor, the rice sediment is all of the place. taste seems sweet with tropical flavors. at the beginning with a high alcohol flavor. after the initial mellowness, the sake hits you hard the rest of the way.
