May 16, 2007 The aroma is not delicate. There is alcohol, rice, and grass. The appearance is clear yellow. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin and oily. Overall it’s a pretty typical sake with a strong alcohol taste.

May 16, 2007 This is a full bodied sake with a deep rich oily finish. The alcohol hits you on the tongue at first sip and stays with you through out the end.
