The bottle looks simple, but good. A bit dusty-turbid, nice head. Starts mild with an increasing fruityness, like peach. Nicely yeasty in the finish. Good hefeweizen!

Bottle: Cloudy, orangey coloured, mid-sized fluffy off-white head; distinctive dryish fruity-sourish nose with a cellary, Gueuze-like touch; moderate dry sourish flavour, light bodied; solid sourish-wheaty and tart finish. Good Weizen, infected or not..........

bottle, thank you pivnizub! Cloudy pale yellow, large head. Fruity-sour nose. Yeasty and refreshingly sour, intensive lemony flavours dominate the beer. Slightly hoppy and malty, quite spicy, though.

(bottle) Cloudy, bright orange colour with a big and stable foamy white head. Sweet yeasty fruity aroma with notes of oranges and a touch of banana, backed by a biscuity malty, slightly wheaty touch. Sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, almost medium bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Moderately wheaty taste with citrus-fruity notes; almost dry, light-sweet and bitter-tart finish with light spicy phenols and traces of hops. Decent, likeable Weizen (30.05.08).
