Can. I needed something for St. Patrick’s Day. A: Dark mahogany with a pillowy creme color head. N: Chocolate, coffee, minerality, bit of a lactose, roast, toast, and iron. T: Sweet and bitter/roasty. M: Medium light body, very creamy carbonation, no alcohol. O: Just a nice dry Irish stout. Similar to Sam Smith’s, albeit without the body that oats can provide, and it exists for days when you don’t need a 10% ABV bomb.

This one is well documented by several others. I think the general consensus is on point.

Aroma has roasted malt with caramel; near black with a dense light beige head that’s lasting; the flavor has a lot of caramel, roasted malt, hint of cocoa, dry finish; light-medium body, very smooth and creamy, light on the tongue; I’ve always enjoyed this more than Guinness Draught and am happy to see it back in Ohio, quintessential Dry Irish Stout.

Denne stout har et mørkt udseende med et tykt hvidt skum. Øllen har både en maltet og kaffe aroma og smager af chokolade, malt og med noter af lidt sødlig karamel og kaffe. Cremet fornemmelse. Lav karbonering.

Aroma of malt, chocolate, coffee and liquirice. Dark with a tasty white long lasting foam. Medium sweetness and light-medium bitterness. Soft carbonation, medium-full body, creamy and a bit watery texture. Great stout!
