Had this one at Lord Mike’s Pub in Amsterdam a few times. This really took me back as the first stout that really made me say “wow” that’s good beer. Since then I’ve had it a few times on draft and from widget cans. It is a smooth great dry stout. Pours very dark brown almost black with a lasting creamy tan lacy, thick head. Smells of dark and roasted malt, coffee and chocolate with some smoky elements. Eventually bits of dark berry comes out as it warms. Medium watery body that goes down very well. Very smooth but a little watery. It has elements of dark malt like a Mild and rather thin for a stout. Sweet with a bitter roast bitter finish. The roast is light with chocolate and coffee. Super drinkable and smooth.

I poured it from the can into a glass. It pours very nicely with a fluffy off-white head and nice lacing. It pours an opaque black color. The aroma is roasty, coffee, and some chocolate. The taste is roasted coffee and chocolate. It’s very creamy with some roasty bitterness. This is a simple but excellent stout.

Good but not great. I prefer it that typical Guinness . Had it in Cronins bar at Crosshaven

Mieux que la guinness... Mais il y avait de la marge. Très aqueuse, aucune longueur. Très douce, on perçoit un côté café lacté. Puis aucune longueur, tout s’évapore.

500ml can from Tesco. Pours opaque brown with a one inch beige-marshmallow looking head. Aromas of... Not very much! Faint coffee maybe. Taste has a bit more going on, all in the coffee end of things. Then it all goes a bit metallic and watery. Thin finish.
