Can. Black color with brown almost like chocolate colored head. Smells of chocolate and malts. Taste has some complexity but is sadly quite bland, watery.
Aftestaste has some nsmoky and grainy notes.

Nov 18, 2008 Can. Deep dark brown colour with a nice light brownish settling head. Roasted malt aroma. Rather thin mouthfeel for a dry stout. The flavour has roasted malt with some chocolate. Watered down brew.

Aug 2, 2008 Pours dark brown/reddish colour with a mediumsized head. The first impression is dominated by watery mouthfeel which has an adverse effect on the whole drinking experience. Aroma is sweetish having roasted malts. Notes of smoke and coffee.

Jul 22, 2008 on Tap @tommy doyles PUB in Newton, MA. Nice creamy head with a black color, aroma is roasted malt and some chocolate notes. Flavor is watered and some coffee notes. Mouth feel a quite bitter at finish. Not so good like other with same style.

Jun 5, 2008 500 ml can. Black colour. Medium-sized grayish white creamy head. Papery aroma with some crisp roasted notes, and light metallic hops. Low carbonation, smooth texture. A bit watery flavours, but there is more of the same papery malts. Finishes rather dry. Decent, but nothing exciting.
