COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Murray’s Angry Man Pale Ale, is our idea of beer heaven. A hybrid of an American Pale Ale, combined with the classic English Pale Ale, the beer is a brilliant light-golden colour. Murray’s Angry Man Pale Ale has a full-bodied finish and complex character. The beer’s fresh citrusy/spicy aroma and flavour is strongly influenced by generous use of New Zealand-grown Motueka and Pacifica hops. This is well balanced with biscuity/toffee flavours from selected caramalts.

Bottle. Light orange. This bottle had a huge head that didn't dissipate due to over carbonation. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. Citrus is the predominant aroma, however it is relatively subdued. Delicious malt body with a gentle sweetness backed by a strong citrus hop element. More English than American which is a welcome change.

Pours a copper colour with a small white head. Medium/high carbonation. Citrus and pine aromas. Some pineapple and passionfruit flavours also, balanced with a slightly complex malt profile. It is distinguishable that this beer uses US and NZ hops. Mild bitterness, making this pleasant

From a 33 cl bottle shared in Sydney. Pours a hazy copper with a thick off white head. Fruity hop nose. Flavors of biscuit, orange and mango. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Light bitter finish.

Good beer, nice malt and bitterness but too much overpowering fruitiness. Better bang for you buck beers in Oz tho.

Cask at The Local Taphouse, Melbourne. Cloudy golden. Lychee and pineapple up front. Fairly sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Plenty of tropical fruit. Long salty bitterness. Pleasant!

Spicy hops aroma, malt flavours, smooth, refreshing with a mild bitterness. I like it, drink it cold.

Bit of orange look and has that in taste. Not great in head retention but looks clear in the glass. Not heavy in taste or overtly hoppy. Can taste the citrus late. Unlike its label it doesn't pack a big punch. Would be good to drink with fish meal. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light copper colour with a small white head that lays a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma of american hops; passion fruit, grapes and some grass. Flavour is really piney at first, then some light caramel and some light citric tones. Quite a lot of peach also. Some sourness in there aswell, but not that much. Quite bitter aftertaste. Medium body with a sticky carbonation anf a really dry palate. A good beer indeed.
