COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Murray’s Angry Man Pale Ale, is our idea of beer heaven. A hybrid of an American Pale Ale, combined with the classic English Pale Ale, the beer is a brilliant light-golden colour. Murray’s Angry Man Pale Ale has a full-bodied finish and complex character. The beer’s fresh citrusy/spicy aroma and flavour is strongly influenced by generous use of New Zealand-grown Motueka and Pacifica hops. This is well balanced with biscuity/toffee flavours from selected caramalts.

Wonderful example of a pale ale. Pronounced malt character, biscuity like golden promise perhaps. Nice subtle but fresh and distinguished hop profile with nz motueka and pacifica. How much is a slab??? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a golden colour with a very hoppy aroma. Very tasty and dominated by the hops with a little honey. Angry man’s pale ale ( formally nirvana) is a very good beer all year round ( especially in summer) and is a great sessional beer

Amber with thin but dense off white head. Fruity, hoppy, (peachy?) aroma. Citrus and peppery hit at the start, a bit of caramel, not overly bitter but a good finish.

Fresh, crisp, hoppy bouquet aroma. Solid carbonation, slightly oily. Taste is strong and is of fresh hops, but is smooth and not too bitey. Flavour is great and is a very refreshing beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very impressed with this. Like a stripped back Nirvana with dry structure and amazing herbal and nettle driven hops. Low malt impact, or at least subtle to my tastes. Hints of tropical fruit sweetness in the very back palate. It’s beers like this that serve as a very clear reminder that the beer geek needs to ease off on the bigger / whacky is better and instead focus on and encourage well crafted and super drinkable classics.

I hadn’t seen this beer from Murrays before, but i’ve always been impressed by their beers so I picked a bottle up. Definitely not dissapointed. The beer has a big fruit driven hop aroma with a great US pale ale type nose. plenty of hop flavour as well, I hope that this beer is a regular and will be available widely as I may have found my new go to beer.

Bottle pours hazy orange amber with big tight off white head. Aromas of caramel, pasionfruit, citrus and tropical fruit salad. Nice caramel overtones among the hop aromas. Medium-light body - munich malts, caramel, biscuit among a citrusy tropical fruit. Balanced finish with a nice bitterness and a semi dry sweetness.

Draught This beer has replaced Murrays Nirvana PA. Such a joy to be able to get $4.30 schooners of it at my local bowls club! Clean golden body, fluffy white head. Aroma bursting full of tropical and citrus fruit hops; guava, grapefruit, bit of leafy resin, and light malt caramels. Medium-to-full body, good carbonation, slick texture to it. Plenty of fruity hop on the body with a genuine malt sweetness that gives the palate some nice weight. Solid bitterness to finish lingers. Truely one of the great Australian APAs, be hard to go past compared to others.

pale amber color. Huge grapefruit and pine nose. Light body and moderate aggressive bitterness.
