Tap at Murray's at manly. Pours a hazy light golden with minimal head. Nose is full of yest, yeast, bread, banana and funk. Taste is much similar has that Belgium presence about it but really easy to drink. Can't believe this is 9%. Goes down a treat

Reasonable saison, but nothing to get excited about. There are many better options around. However, it is quite drinkable.

On tap at the Albion a while back. Really enjoyed this one! Quite yeasty and funky in aroma and flavour which i believe is quite typical of this style. Cider/champagne esque qualities in the palate and taste at times, quite carbonated, backed with body provided by the 9% abv. Surprisingly easy drinking, without being at all boring. gooddd

At thirsty crow
Hazy golden yellow color. White collar. Good lacing. Apple peach pear nose with some funk. Taste follows nose. Fair amount of booze in this that hampers it but otherwise a solid beer

Growler from draught at Brewery
A hazy pale golden beer, holds a good sized, moussey white head throughout.
Nose is quite delicate yet complex; orange peel, straw, white pepper and clove, lightly toasted oak, ripe apricot and stonefruit, a whiff of booze.
Body is full and somewhat rich, moderate carbonation, not as lively and well attentuated as beers of the style tend to be. Nice silky texture, there’s a prickle acidity that cuts through, but certainly not as overtly as other examples of the style can be.
Body delivers plenty more marmalade-y citrus and spice and floral hop, malt more apparent with a nice cereal and lightly toasty note. Faint funkiness manifests itself towards the finish - slightest bit of sharp hard cheese, banana and hay. Finishes with a well-rounded bitterness and acidity that adds an excellent degree of balance. Some boozy warmth warms the cockles of the heart...
A take on a full-blown Saison in true Murrays style - nice hop character and just oh so well rounded and balanced. Was probably hoping for some serious funk to really differentiate it from their various other strong-blonde-Belgian-style-beers, but there’s still enough to make it unique.
