This beer looks exactly like an IPA should. Golden amber, a touch cloudy but still mainly transparent. A nice foamy head that stays as you drink through it. The nose is a heavy bouquet of different hops, bitter even on the nose, but not unpleasantly so. A little grapefruit, some malty biscuit hard to identify any particular scent. The taste is equally complex, a nice fruity citrus front that carries through, but is joined with a thick pleasant bitter hop kick.
Overall an excellent, fairly well balanced IPA. Not sure I’d quite consider it an Imperial IPA though, it’s light in flavour for an imperial, or heavy for a standard IPA.

A wonderful aroma of American hops comes through this thick head. Must have a very complex bill of hops because you cannot identify individual hops rather a range from citrus, to cracked pepper spiciness. No overt grapefruit or fruity esters and a good malt balance. Love it.

330ml bottle BB Dec 16. Deep amber with small tight beige head. Big passionfruit notes in the aroma, with pine, some orange citrus, caramel, fresh baked bread. The taste has nice caramel malt sweetness and light bready toastiness, balanced with pine, resin, grassiness, tangy grapefruit citrus, a little passionfruit. Bitter finish. Medium bodied, fairly low carbonation. Really solid DIPA.

on tap at bob’s farm. pale golden, clear with a thin but lasting head; aroma of boiled lollies, pine and hints of boiled vegetables; some grapefruit tang, decent bitterness with plenty of caramel. not a bad effort but coould still use some refining

Murkey golden amber colour. Foamy white head. Huge malt profile yet surprisingly not overly heavy. The hop-malt balance is perfect in this. So much so that my friend who dislikes IPA’s enjoyed it. Passionfruit and citrus sweetness, pine, and some tartness balances sweet caramel malt. Delicious

Bottle at home, thanks to Wingmanwillis for hoiking this one back, 27/05/14.
Murky orange amber with a well appointed off white covering that settles in for the night.
Nose is dank hop tones, bitter citrics, grapefruit, bitter orange, light mineral tones, bitter tropicals.
Taste comprises bitter orange marmalade - kind of on the turn, dank hoppage, sticky pine, caramel malt, tarte apricot, bitter grapefruit, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close.
This one grew on me, I wasn’t too taken at first but it proved to a be a half decent dank tropicana fuelled DIPA but a good few notches short of a great.

Didn't really enjoy the flavour of this beer. The hoops were very over powering . Won't be getting it again

Bottle - Hazy Amber Gold in colour. Very Fruity; intense zesty citrus grapefruit and orange, passion fruit. Very Hoppy; piney resinous and spicy peppery hops. Malty; sweet biscuity malt, caramel. Nice fruit/hop/malt balance. Sweet citrus fruity hoppy throughout leading to a dry hoppy finish. Very drinkable; not extreme. Nice DIPA!

Very malty for an IPA. But this doesn't take away from what is a good beer. Very big front, not much chop on the nose but big finish.
