COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Libertine uses a unique and distinctive French Ale yeast that contributes mightily to the overall profile of the brew. Strong earthy, country aromas dominate with a light acidity on the palate followed by the driest of cracking dry finishes.High malted and unmalted wheat content, hazy, pale straw colour. Different, distinctive, unfiltered. Natural.

On tap at the Norfolk Hotel. Fairly clear golden body with minimal but lasting head. Notice wheat in the taste then yeast and citrus in the aroma probably could drink plenty of these in summer.

(On Tap) Hazy yellow with small white head. Interesting and pleasant aroma with spicy earthy leathery notes with sour and maybe banana ester notes. Medium body with nice carbonation. Flavour is refreshing mellow citrus with banana hints and spicy notes developing for a dry finish. Overall, unusual, pleasant and refreshing.

Not a bad saison, it has some great flavours and balance. However, it just lacks that little extra that leads to a great saison. Nevertheless, one of the better saisons in Aus.

On tap at The Scratch. Pale amber colour with a clean snow white head. Peach and melon in the flavour which is nice and refreshing. There is fruit in the aroma also. A good thirst quenching beer.

Tao at Sail & Anchor. Pours quite clear for a saison. A small white head s produced with minimal lacing. Nose is very zesty. Loads of lemon curd and light hay. Taste seems to focus on the citric aspects of a saison.Lemon curd and tarty zest come through with light hay tones underneath it all. Not bad, would be great throughout summer
